Our preferred partner network of Corporate Finance Advisory firms, Brokers and Investment banks leverage our FCA-regulated infrastructure to book-run their syndicated deals on Floww infrastructure.

To further expand our client base in the United Kingdom we are hiring for a variety of roles. You will join an agile sales team that achieves revenue growth by originating new clients and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Our focus is to gain a detailed understanding of their requirements, challenges and strategic direction, and build a trusted, partnership-based relationship that leads to long-term success.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- A professional with at least 3 years proven experience in the Venture Capital and Growth Equity Market (e.g. working at a Venture Capitalist, Accelerator, Investment Bank, Consulting firm).
- Ability to mentor, train and inspire junior sales colleagues.
- A track record of engaging and closing target customers with a consultative-selling approach at a decision making level.
- A pro-active hunter and deal maker with listening skills that is passionate about getting results and delivering the best customer experience.
- A networker with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.
- The capability to analyse and assess pitch decks and financial models
- An entrepreneurial mindset that get things done.

Responsibilities:
A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Sales Manager you will be part of the Issuer Led Transactions desk and active in the Venture Capital and Growth Equity market. This desk sells to and deals with start- and scale-up Founders raising Seed to Growth stage funding.
For this role we are looking for an entrepreneurial team player that has experience in areas such as Venture Capital or Growth Equity market. You will have a network that you can leverage and are able to identify/engage with high quality companies intending to fundraise. You are a deal maker but also passionate about delivering the best customer experience.

SOME OF THE EXCITING THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING ARE:
- Driving sales growth by identifying and targeting UK registered start- and scale ups raising Seed to Growth stage funding.
- Building start- and scale-up founder relationships through ongoing networking, attending events and hosting webinars.
- Understanding fundraising pain points, challenges and requirements.
- Reading/reviewing business plans, pitch decks and financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statement).
- Assessing the quality of the opportunity and fit with Floww.
- Creating value propositions and proposals that meet customer’s fundraising needs and demonstrate the value of our offering.
- Negotiating and closing deals to deliver growth in sales and margin.
- Working closely together with Strategy, Operations, Compliance and the Transaction team to onboard companies raising on Floww.
