ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a dynamic person to lead, motivate, and grow market share and existing clients through the Technical Sales Team.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Commerce degree preferably in Business or Sales Management.
- Diploma in Business or Sales Management.
- A minimum of 3 (three) to 5 (five) years’ experience serving as a Sales Manager.
- Technical knowledge and experience in the Filtration Industry, Mining and Heavy Industry will be an added advantage.
- Computer Literate i.e. Outlook, Online Meetings, MS Word, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, Pastel Accounting.
- Have the temperament to handle/deal with stress and pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve customer and market growth in helping meet Sales Targets by successfully managing the Sales Team.
- Designing and Implementing a Strategic Sales Plan that expands the company’s customer base and securing increased market share.
- Prepare and present sales revenue and expenses reports, with realistic forecasts to the Director and Management Team.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor prices and products.
- Developing an effective Sales Team by organising and directing them in their customer relations, sales, and sales administrative tasks.
