We are currently looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Manager to join our team and further expand our market position.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets;
- Identifying new market opportunities and actively prospecting for and acquiring new customers;
- Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service;
- Analyzing market trends and competitive activities to strengthen Proferro’s position;
- Preparing sales forecasts and reports for the management team;
- Collaborating with internal teams such as product development, production, and marketing in order to provide innovative solutions to customer needs;
- Participating in trade fairs, conferences, and other networking activities to increase Proferro’s visibility;
- Providing total sales management services, up to and including contract negotiations and the conclusion of cooperation agreements;
- Being part of a professional, 5-member sales team
