Currently, we are seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager for our Northern California Windows division. The successful applicant should reside in our Northern California sales region, spanning from San Francisco California to Western Nevada.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven effective business-to-business sales, preferably in building products for custom home builders
  • Exceptional skill in leadership, motivation and sales management
  • Strong track record of significant contributions to the development of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Effective interpersonal skills to negotiate and build rapport with clients as well as resolve issues through adept conflict resolution techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics and reports
  • Expert understanding in either Sierra Pacific Windows quoting software and sales processes or comparable quoting software and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, GoToMeeting, DocuSign, BlueBeam, Construction Monitor, and other programs relevant to sales processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, effective attitude that aligns with Company culture
