We have developed Paptic, a fibre-based, recyclable, reusable, and biodegradable material to replace plastics in packaging. Our innovative Paptic materials combine the best features of conventional packaging materials and can be produced using existing converting lines. WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SALES MANAGER TO HELP FUEL OUR CONTINUED GROWTH!

As a high-growth company, we’re seeking a Sales Manager who shares our passion for sustainability, innovation, and shaping a better future.
In this role, you will lead sales efforts across the DACH region, driving growth and expanding our customer base. Your focus will be on promoting key product lines, including Sensitive Surface and Carrier Bags.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach potential customers and develop a deep understanding of Paptic materials to educate customers about features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding our impact.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving their commitment to sustainable packaging
