REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Leadership Excellence: Experienced in managing day-to-day sales operations and leading a team to success.
  • Tech-Savvy: Excellent MS Office skills, with SAP knowledge being an added advantage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Strategize for Success: Develop and implement a winning sales strategy to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead with Impact: Set individual sales targets and delegate responsibilities to your team, ensuring they have the resources they need to excel.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor and evaluate the activities and performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Collaborate for Results: Liaise with supporting functions to ensure the achievement of sales objectives and cultivate effective business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Forecast sales revenue, analyze data to identify opportunities, and manage debtor and stock days within budget.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial sales experience in the automotive industry.
