Responsibilities:

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are looking for a sales manager to our retention team with solid experience and a proven track record. You will lead a successful team, where customer satisfaction, employee development and achieving results are highly prioritized.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Managing the retention team of +5 employees
  • Motivete the sales team to achieve budget and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies
  • Develop and manage customer retention to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful customer retention initiatives
  • Train, coach and develop employeesMonitor customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • +3 years experience in a management position in a commercial organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or Business administration
  • Drive results with an analytical approach and with close attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365Fluent English is essential, fluent Norwegian highly desirabl
