Job Description

  • ales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Networking and Partnerships: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and establish connections.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting the hotel’s unique offerings and amenities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while maximizing hotel revenue.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports for management, and analyze data to inform future sales strategies.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and train sales staff to enhance performance and achieve individual and team sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of luxury market trends and customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
