If so, we are on the look out for a Sales Manager to ensure the satisfaction, retention, and growth of the businesses client base. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to drive client engagement, adoption, and overall success. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align client needs with company objectives.
The sales manager role will see you monitoring activity effectiveness to ensure Account Management team targets are exceeded and are operating to best practice, communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also need to ensure that the Helpdesk team are supporting the Account Managements with set up, training and ongoing tailoring of the system to suit the clients’ needs.
To be considered for this Head of Account Management role, you must have experience in leadership role within a sales or Account Management team. B2B sales/account management experience is also required. You will also need a driving licence and vehicle to be considered for this role.
The salary for the Head of Account Management position is up to £40,000, with a £5,000 bonus on top. The role will be hybrid working after probation (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). Interviews are happening now so please apply if interested.
