Description:

OBLIGATIONS:

  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to regulations and guidelines for operating within the Dynamics Navision system as stipulated by the company’s headquarters.
  • Company Policy Adherence: Abide by the company’s policies, including ethical standards, operational procedures, and best practices, to uphold organizational integrity and reputation.
  • Goods Delivery Management: Coordinate and oversee the accurate and timely delivery of goods from warehouses to customers, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions and customer expectations.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and issue all necessary documentation required by customers as per their purchase orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy for seamless import clearance and compliance.
  • Adherence to Instructions: Follow and execute all reasonable instructions provided by the Employer, management, or designated supervisors promptly and efficiently to support effective workflow and task completion.
  • Diligence and Competence: Perform assigned tasks diligently, competently, and with a high level of professionalism, demonstrating commitment to achieving organizational goals and objectives.
  • Outside Employment Approval: Seek prior approval from management before engaging in any external business activities or employment opportunities that may conflict with or impact responsibilities at the Employer’s organization.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • New Business Development: Drive new business growth by prospecting and cold calling to expand into new markets and acquire new customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers through visits and calls to understand their needs, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • CRM Management: Document and update customer interactions and activities in the CRM system to track progress, maintain accurate records, and facilitate future communication.
  • Strategic Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute strategic plans for sales and marketing initiatives to achieve company goals and meet sales targets effectively.
  • Customer Portfolio Management: Manage customer portfolios by overseeing product documentation, certificates, samples, pricing negotiations, delivery schedules, shipments, and payment terms to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Cost Management: Calculate costs accurately and prepare competitive price quotations to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs and market standards.
  • Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Forecast sales trends, prepare budgets, and oversee procurement, shipments, and inventory management to align with sales objectives and financial targets.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly sales reports, including profit and loss analysis, to provide insights and support informed decision-making by senior management.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers across the supply chain to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales-related documents and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth audits.
  • System Administration: Manage the registration and reporting of sales documents accurately in the Navision system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for operational and reporting purposes.
  • Insurance and Claims Handling: Issue cargo insurance certificates and coordinate timely resolution of customer claims and inquiries to uphold service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager to support organizational objectives and operational efficiency.
