Description:

QUALIFICATION:

  • A bachelor/undergraduate degree in Engineering or bachelor’s degree in science with a focus on Information technology or Instrumentation or Electronics & Communications or electronics is required.
  • A post-grad diploma or degree in Business Studies with specialization in IT-related topics/marketing/economics etc is a plus
  • At least 7 to 8 years of direct sales experience as an individual contributor and hunting experience in IT services sales is mandatory required
  • Senior candidates with higher experience will also be considered.
    Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and domain expertise. A sales incentive plan is applicable

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate should possess significant sales experience within the Abu Dhabi market.
  • While the candidate may reside outside of Abu Dhabi, a willingness to relocate to the city is essential.
  • Complete ownership of the End to the End Sales cycle (Oracle Sales)
  • This position is classified as an Individual Contributor (IC) role, focused on revenue generation and proactive sales efforts.
  • The individual will be tasked with comprehending IT service offerings and analysing competitive landscapes.
  • The role involves developing business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.
  • The candidate is expected to create their own sales pipeline through demand generation and targeted marketing campaigns, effectively managing a complex sales cycle with a proven history of achieving revenue goals.
  • Collaboration with various company resources, including delivery teams, support functions, and management, is necessary to fulfil sales performance targets and meet customer expectations.
  • The individual will present the full range of Aspire service offerings to potential leads and existing customers.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • The candidate will also oversee invoicing and the collection of payments for their assigned customer accounts.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • This position reports directly to the Regional Head of the Middle East.
