Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (preferred).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and client presentations.
- Handle negotiations and close sales transactions effectively.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Provide training and guidance to sales agents to enhance skills and productivity.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
