SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the staffing industry, preferably in the Northern Emirates
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of staffing and recruitment processes is highly desirable.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., recruitment, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Oversee the proposal process ensuring all proposals are aligned with client expectations and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Business Development:
- Drive new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Budget Management:
