Structural heart disease encompasses a range of conditions, from acquired valvular disease to congenital defects of the valves or other heart structures. This position will be primarily responsible for providing clinical case coverage of our Structural Heart Transcatheter technologies.
Abbott Medical Schweiz AG is looking for a
QUALIFICATION:
- BA / BS in Economics, Life or Technical sciences; MS/PHD/MBA preferred
- Professional experience in Sales
- Life Science industry experience (experience in medical device industry and cardiology space preferred)
- Already some experience in team leading
- Strong analytical / finance / forecasting skills, process-oriented and strategic planning skills
- Good product knowledge and understanding of clinical study creation and interpretation
- Very good knowledge of the health system and reimbursement structures
- Driving Licence
- Fluent in German and English; any additional languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel in Switzerland (around 70% of the time)
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and execution of business plans, strategies, and initiatives according to Structural Heart’s key objectives
- Business planning & management focused on business growth
- Creation of customer-oriented concepts and strategies based on evolving structures and market conditions
- Implementation and follow-up of the GPO process in the sales teams
- Participation in price management with consideration of market conditions and compliance
- Setting of individual goals in the various sales territories
- Responsibility for the coordination and management of all field staff activities
- Development and coaching of the field staff
- Development and enhancement of customer relation with key customers and KOLs
- Effective planning and follow-up of the set budgets
- Responsible handling with Structural Heart Human Resources
