Description:

Swift Consulting …. an Education, Human Resources and Management firm is currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Sales Manager for one of our clients in the Tech/Transport industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Address team challenges and ensure consistent performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with business goals.

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

  • Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Leverage CRM software and sales analytics tools to optimize sales processes and track performance metrics.
