Your role
To lead the Corpay One DK sales team and ensure that sales targets are met and surpassed.
What you’ll be doing
Corpay One is a rapidly growing SaaS fintech company that provides a cloud-based accounts payable automation solution, helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) streamline their financial processes. With our innovative platform, we empower businesses to automate time-consuming manual tasks, providing them with greater control, transparency, and efficiency over their payments and expenses.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, driving both inbound and outbound sales efforts, and helping expand our two target customer bases spanning the SMB sector (10-500 employees) as well as accountants and bookkeepers. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team, engaging directly with clients, and ensuring we meet our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a growing team of sales representatives focused on inbound and outbound sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture by setting clear goals and regularly assessing individual and team performance.
  • Team Development:
  • Provide hands-on coaching to the team, enhancing their skills in prospecting, relationship building, objection handling, and closing.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions to ensure the team stays up to date on the product, industry trends, and sales best practices.
  • Active Sales Involvement:
  • Actively participate in sales dialogues, engaging directly with clients and prospects when needed.
  • Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead by example, showing a hands-on approach to closing deals and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent messaging and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize inbound sales processes and lead generation campaigns.
  • Lead outbound sales efforts by identifying new opportunities in the SMB market, conducting outreach, and developing a targeted prospecting strategy.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting:
  • Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of opportunities.
  • Regularly report on team performance, pipeline status, and key sales metrics to senior management.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • min. 5+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or fintech environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • min. 2+ years in a leadership or sales management role, ideally managing SMB accounts and a small team.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the SMB market and B2B sales cycles both qualitative and technically
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams, creating an environment that promotes success and growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to sales management, utilizing KPIs and CRM tools to track performance.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
