Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: Undetermined period, with a 3-month probation period
No. of Hours: Up to 40 hours/week
Working Schedule: During office hours: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead our innovative venture, Life Management Science Labs (LMSL). As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in commercializing groundbreaking research on personal administration, empowering individuals worldwide to transform their lives.

REQUIREMENTS:

2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
Demonstrated sales track record.
Proficiency in digital tools is a must.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and manage time effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
️ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
️ Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Identify new markets and customer needs through research.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
️ Promote company products/services to address client objectives.
Prepare sales contracts adhering to legal guidelines.
️ Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
Provide after-sales support and feedback.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales personnel.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
