Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify and convert opportunities across corporate, leisure, group, entertainment, and consortia markets.
- Maximize Revenue: Strive to convert every piece of business, regardless of value, to fill capacity and meet targets.
- Strategic Selling: Contribute to the hotel’s selling strategy and secure business opportunities that align with our goals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge to highlight the benefits to clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Familiarisation Trips: Lead and attend hotel tours and site visits with key accounts and potential clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Hilton Worldwide Sales and the GCE team to drive business and maximize revenue.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of the competition by understanding the marketplace and implementing effective strategies.
- Promotional Activities: Support hotel promotional activities in collaboration with the Cluster Director of Sales and other teams.
- Data Management: Ensure the quality and accuracy of information in Delphi.FDC and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Reporting Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of commercial reports and annual budgets.
