Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in banking sales, particularly in microfinance or commercial banking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales team, and developing strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role requires leadership, in-depth banking sales expertise, and a results-oriented approach to business development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales management experience in the banking sector, preferably in microfinance or commercial banking.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop data-driven sales strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
