Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join Turtl’s Sales Team as we bring our innovative and differentiated digital content performance platform to enterprise-level organisations. In this role, you will have full ownership of the full sales journey, from identifying accounts to closing high-value deals and driving long-term customer growth.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by working collaboratively with SDR, marketing and other internal teams to target, drive value and close strategic accounts. WHAT YOU’LL DO
End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the full sales cycle, from generating pipeline to closing and expanding enterprise-level deals.
Value-Driven Sales: Develop and present clear business cases that highlight ROI, ensuring Turtl’s value is understood and prioritized.
Account-Based Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to design and execute tailored ABX campaigns, aligning efforts to target high-value accounts with precision and creativity.
Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through strategic efforts, leveraging a mix of pipeline generation methods.
Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: Build consensus across organizational levels by effectively mapping and engaging with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Tailored Solutions: Partner with internal teams to deliver customized proposals that address each prospect’s unique business challenges, aligning Turtl’s capabilities with their objectives.
Seamless Collaboration: Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to deliver cohesive and impactful customer experiences.
Market Insights: Act as the voice of the market, sharing feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and refine go-to-market strategies.
Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, enabling you to position Turtl effectively in a crowded marketplace.
Effective Resource Utilisation: Leverage senior executives, team leaders and other internal resources strategically to advance deals and open doors to new opportunities.
