We are now looking for a Sales Manager for our UK sales team.

You will be joining our Spanish sales team, with the aim of strengthening our leadership in Spain, where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool, with amazing clients like London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC), Arsenal FC, Lotus Cars, Whyte & MacKay or Space NK … but we’ve just scratched the surface

Additionally, we are looking for someone who :

  • ️has extensive experience in creating and fostering outbound B2B sales team in the UK market (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and can be responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales
  • ‍️ has experience in leadership, building and coaching teams and individuals.
  • has the will to push harder and foster an outbound culture
  • ️has a positive and caring attitude

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TEAM’S RESULTS:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor sales team’s performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
