WadzPay is looking for a Sales Manager in Singapore & neighbouring countries. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all sales activities, achieving company sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities and will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support the overall goals of the organization.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in enterprise solution sales, banking or payments preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of total experience of which minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technology solution sales position.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling to senior (C-level) leadership roles will be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of Payment services / products, competitive products in the market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Great strategic thinker with planning, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Thought leader in payment services and technology, with astute passion in digital assets, Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), alternative payment and Distributed Ledger Technology (Blockchain).
- Ideally with tertiary education in Business or Information Technology.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Set sales targets and ensure that they are met or exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products or services.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the overall goals of the organization.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
