Description:
Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for Exchange Listings at Latoken Mempad, you will drive the “IPO” of emerging digital assets, focusing on meme coins. You will discover meme coins on Solana and Sui ecosystems, collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), meme studios, and ecosystems to generate prospects, as well as gain access to highly convertible Latoken inbound leads. Leveraging Latoken’s chat-focused CRM and listing platform, you will close and execute listings seamlessly. You’ll develop expertise in successfully launching tokens and have the opportunity to advance fast to the Partner Manager role, earning a revenue share from your team’s sales.
Remuneration with bonuses for Sales Manager: $3,000 - $6,000; Partner Manager $5,000 - $25,000.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven overachievement of sales targets and/or impactful partnerships with measurable results.
- Knowledge of CEX listings, demonstrated by a closed listing deal or 2+ years of trading or advisory experience, is an important advantage.
- Experience in launching or trading meme coins, and knowledge of Pump.fun and Seipex, is a strong advantage.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sell listings to rising meme coins discovered through your research of meme ecosystems, KOLs, and studios, and strengthen the leading position of Latoken’s Memepad brand in the meme space.
- Ensure high-quality execution of listings in close contact with growth managers. Achieve high NPS and generate word-of-mouth referrals.
- Engage in intensive prospecting, including creating and managing Telegram accounts, automation, and messaging sequences on LinkedIn, email, and Twitter.
- Maintain and improve operational processes, and enhance Latoken’s excellence reputation.
