WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN MUNICH, GERMANY ON A PERMANENT BASIS.

We are seeking a customer centric Sales Manager to join our team in Munich. You will be responsible for the management and development of various product categories and implementation of business development strategies to capitalise on opportunities.
There will be a requirement to travel to Europe/UK as and when required to meet with existing customers to maintain and establish strong strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyse sales data and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and provide market-leading strategies for new product development in both fresh and value-added categories.
  • Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts to support business planning.
  • Generate detailed account information for long-term forecasting and programming.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on sales, volumes, margins, and prices as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with supply chain, finance and other internal departments to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market sector, including consumer trends, competitor activity, and product lines.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
