Sales & Marketing Associate

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate who will work closely with the Marketing team to supervise and ensure timely deliveries of orders and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team lead to create and monitor content and product innovation that drive sales.

• Minimum Qualification : OND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum academic qualification of OND
• 2 years of working experience
• Must have a genuine passion for administrative tasks

Please note: this is a full-time, on site position.

• Available immediately.

• The Associate will be responsible for order deliveries and liaise with customers ensuring satisfactory feedback.
• The Associate is expected to be pragmatic and creative with fresh ideas to boost sales and an efficient order delivery system.
• Attention to details and instructions is a must for this position.
• The Associate will monitor product inventory are closely monitored before and after every sale to ensure excellent operations from store to customer.
• The Associate is expected to assist with creative and written content to boost sales on days where orders are not being attended to.
• Work along with the Director to propose the best storage layout at the warehouse facility for new shipments and stock and general warehouse admin.
