POSITION:
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide assistance to the Sales and Marketing team, dealing with customer enquiries, producing analytics and supporting sales managers.
You role will include:
- Dealing with all customer enquiries received through various sources; website, phone, email, website etc.
- Update customer details, bulletins, product information.
- Sending required brochures and marketing material to existing and prospective customers.
- Stock orders for brochures and customer support material.
- Provide support and assistance to Sales Managers.
- Update sales reports
- Typing & compiling reports, presentations (PowerPoint) and general correspondence for use at senior management/board level.
- Creating and updating any quote/order information for customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years’ experience within a customer service / sales and marketing role or similar.
- Window Designer Software experience preferred.
- Proficient and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
- Be professional and confident communicating with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
- Natural problem solver, finding solutions independently.
