POSITION:

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide assistance to the Sales and Marketing team, dealing with customer enquiries, producing analytics and supporting sales managers.

You role will include:

  • Dealing with all customer enquiries received through various sources; website, phone, email, website etc.
  • Update customer details, bulletins, product information.
  • Sending required brochures and marketing material to existing and prospective customers.
  • Stock orders for brochures and customer support material.
  • Provide support and assistance to Sales Managers.
  • Update sales reports
  • Typing & compiling reports, presentations (PowerPoint) and general correspondence for use at senior management/board level.
  • Creating and updating any quote/order information for customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years’ experience within a customer service / sales and marketing role or similar.
  • Window Designer Software experience preferred.
  • Proficient and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
  • Be professional and confident communicating with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
  • Natural problem solver, finding solutions independently.
