We are here to empower the people who safeguard our skies, and are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to join us at Entry Point North in Malmö.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Entry Point North has set an ambitious growth strategy, and to implement this strategy, a new organizational structure for sales and marketing has been created.
As Sales & Marketing Director you will be responsible for the sales and marketing department. You will play a key role to drive and lead efforts to increase sales with responsibility for sales and marketing strategy, pricing, and budget. In order to reach the business goals and strategy there is a need to elevate the sales and marketing processes, promoting a more structured approach, and enhancing overall effectiveness and performance. This role is both strategic and operational and you will work alongside with your team generating new business. Your leadership will also be key in contributing to the development of new concepts and strategies, to penetrate new international markets and to strengthen and expand our existing product portfolio.
The role includes responsibility for three areas: Key Account Management, Direct Sales, and Marketing and the organization consists of approximately 6 people.
The company is steered by the Executive Management Team (EMT) that consists of the CEO, CFO and the COO. The role is part of the management team and attends EMT meetings as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team members, define and update sales targets and support sales staff in their sales process/development
- Overall responsible for EPN Group sales and marketing, budget/forecast
- Overall responsible for and follow-up on marketing and promotions
- Plan and manage new customer penetrations (sales opportunities)
- Ensuring documented pricing and pricing agreements compliance including to maintain and update EPN Group pricelists
- Commercially responsible for Online sales and services/concepts
- Business development and promotion/marketing of online services
- Handle selected customers/leads with special needs or status
- Update and implement internal S&M processes/skills/development
- Define, implement and secure CRM-data, data QC and data-driven analysis
- Sales & Marketing know-how analysis and go-to person within EPN Group
- Participate in various projects across the EPN Group

- Proven experience in a senior sales role within B2B in an international context.
- Excellent leadership skills, experienced in leading and managing teams.
- Experienced in structured sales processes and development of performance-oriented culture.
- Experience and knowledge within marketing and online activities.
- Demonstrated success in international market expansion is highly desirable.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
