Description:
SKILLS
- A relevant degree, such as MSc in Management & Marketing and/or Digital Marketing Certification coupled with at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong business sense and industry awareness.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience of achieving growth and having consistently met or exceeded sales and growth targets.
- Ability to design and implement strategic sales plans that lead to expansion of the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the field.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent monitoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in delivering presentations to prospective clients both face to face and via electronic platforms.
- Must hold a current UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and lead our sales initiatives across the company. This stand-alone role is key to driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with the ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. You’ll be prepared to drive to our business locations and will need to have use of your own vehicle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Marketing Executive will need to:
- Work alongside the E-Commerce Manager and collaborate with Directors to create and deliver annual marketing plans for all products and services currently offered in each business area.
- Track sales and success data to evidence achievement of individual business targets.
- Share weekly, monthly and annual sales reports with Directors to reflect various statistics of each PAU business.
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with sports and recreation brand ambassadors to drive PAU brand awareness, building and maintaining long term customer relationships.
- Work closely with business managers to create campaigns and to revisit and reinvigorate previous successful inhouse campaigns
- Collaborate with business managers at all locations to promote the PAU brand and drive profitability through in-store promotions, seasonal offers, events such as comedy nights, guest speakers, local cycling and running events, etc.
- Align with the Events Director to ensure that all up and coming events are well advertised both internally and via our various social media channels.
- Design and manage email campaigns to attract sales and event bookings.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationship with all internal departments.
- Proactively seek out product training for yourself to grow and maintain your product knowledge.
- Collaborate with managers to address and resolve customer complaints and to streamline processes to reduce the volume of complaints encountered.
- Communicate compliments and complaints feedback to business managers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
