SUMMARY:

On behalf of our client, an award winning holiday destination in the Cairngorms National Park, we are looking to recruit an experienced and confident individual with a love of the outdoors to head up the Sales and Marketing division.
The position we are recruiting is office based and the successful candidate will be leading a small team, managing all aspects of sales functions across this diverse business.

• Manage the Sales and Marketing team ensuring a continuity of customer service, product packages and individual offering.
• Increase sales through the development of packages and cross departmental upselling.
• Manage the Sales & Marketing team ensuring the safe gathering and retention of customer data.
• Ensure the completion and safe storage of customer wavers for activities deemed to carry higher risk.
• Develop sales systems that ensure the accurate collection of customer information and recommend technology support to better aid the sales process.
• Train seasonal receptionist staff in the systems and procedures of the sales department.
• Embed the Vision of Inspire, Nurture, Master, Sustain into the product offerings across the company.
• Work with other Heads of Department to develop different business models with differing price points and service models for the sale and delivery of different products within the themes of Inspire, Nurture, Master, Sustain.
• Ensure the two receptions are staffed 7 days per week.
• To source and recruit a competent, qualified and certified staff team to deliver excellent service and in the department.
