Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for events
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and availability.
  • Participate in training sessions and train the prometers to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Design promotions for every event and train the promoters.

Event Marketing:

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans for events, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, press releases, and online advertisements.
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality promotional materials.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Assist in logistical planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
  • Monitor and help,guide set up for every event and train the promoters.
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and events.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
