Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for events
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and availability.
- Participate in training sessions and train the prometers to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Design promotions for every event and train the promoters.
Event Marketing:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans for events, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing methods.
- Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, press releases, and online advertisements.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality promotional materials.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Assist in logistical planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Monitor and help,guide set up for every event and train the promoters.
- Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and events.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
