Join our team as a Temporary Sales and Marketing Project Manager for a 4-5 month maternity leave coverage and take charge of driving impactful initiatives that will shape the future of our organization. Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of process and a set of standard operating procedures for a combined Sales and Marketing Team
- Lead and manage commercial GTM projects from conception to completion
- Develop and manage an energy calendar of monthly Sales and Marketing commercial GTM activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
- Develop and lead detailed project plans and monitor progress
- Align commercial strategies with business objectives and goals
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth project execution
- Evaluate project quality and performance
- Identify and solicit continuous improvement opportunities
- Drive resolution of issues through coordination of actions assigned to key Stakeholders within projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all key Stakeholders
- Report on project performance to Senior Management
In addition to the above, additional tasks may be required from time to time.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Project Management Professional designation (PMP)
- Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Change Management
- Experience with Direct Sales considered an asset
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in project management software

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote or Hybrid- 2 days a week on-site
Salary Range: $75,000-$110,000
Compensation will be based on the candidate skills, education, experience and qualifications. This compensation information is provided in accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act. Is is an estimate based on what a BC applicant might be paid. Similar positions located outside of British Columbia will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
