RØDE is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organising the supply of products to distributors and managing orders. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Receive, process, and track distributor orders from inception through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supply Planning: Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to plan and manage the supply of products to meet distributor demands and inventory levels.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain schedules for order fulfilment, ensuring that all deadlines are met and any potential delays are communicated promptly.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to orders, shipments, and inventory.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet distributor requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to order processing, product availability, and delivery in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on order status, inventory levels, and supply chain performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order management and supply chain efficiency.
