About the Role
The Bannatyne Group requires a Sales & Marketing Team Leader for one of our prestigious Health and Fitness clubs. This is a key role within the club and requires a highly motivated individual possessing excellent leadership skills and the ability to create effective promotional campaigns to increase membership levels.
You will have a proven track record in sales, however not necessarily in the fitness industry. You will be required to market the club both internally and externally, and develop relationships within the local business and the residential community, establishing Bannatyne as the market leader in the area. The role may include some duty management shifts and as part of our service requirement you will be expected to work shifts that will include evenings and weekends. You will need to get the most out of your team is essential for success, you will have to lead from the front, deliver results and motivate your team to follow.
We require someone with a proven background in sales, experience of working in retention and team leadership skills. You will ensure the club team is trained inline with company expectation, have strong Interpersonal skills, the ability to work to deadlines and meet KPIs and a good understanding and ability to run social media campaigns. You should have strong communication and listening skills. Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms would be an advantage however full training will be given. The role will require you to have dynamic interpersonal skills, effective time management and be target driven.
