Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing team in organizing various projects
    · To ensure that all potential customers are responded to promptly and in line with company procedures.

· To ensure the correct presentation of bills to guests and money handling procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy.

  • Organising & assisting with Wedding & Promotional Events, both on/off site
  • Preparing promotional material and maintaining stock levels of promotional items
  • Support the wedding team with all wedding duties and responsibilities
  • Assist with wedding enquiries, show arounds and wedding days
  • Assist with designing flyers, brochures, adverts and marketing material
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Online and web responsibilities
  • Assist with managing guest feedback and replies
  • Assist with managing conference, events and other bookings/enquiries
  • Assist with managing invoices and Pos
  • Assisting handling reservations and group bookings
  • To build on the relationship between Food & Beverage, Conference & Banqueting, Spa, Operations, Accounts, Sales and Reservations, ensuring that communication channels are working smoothly and affectively.
  • To create an environment that promotes employee morale and encourages the team to have pride and commitment in their area of work.
  • To accept ownership, and control of your departmental budgets and costs, working with the Operations/Hotel Manager in developing the departmental employees to assume same.
  • To ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times and all areas of the hotel, both front and back of house are maintained at a consistently high level of cleanliness.
  • Communicate directly with clients with exquisite communication and people skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
