Description:
We are seeking a customer centric Sales Administrator to join our team. At Caivan, the Sales Administrator coordinates customer interactions, centralizes sales administration, and supports the Sales and Marketing Team. The Sale Administrator identifies and qualifies prospects, expedites home buying processes, and contribute to the premium customer experience, ultimately helping Caivan meet sales goals and promote it’s brand.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and efficient objection handling.
- Guide customers through home purchase and construction processes.
- Provide administrative support for scheduling, deposit management, and inventory maintenance.
- Qualify leads and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet revenue goals and complete various administrative tasks.
