We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Sales Office Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in The Venues Collection on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the Head of Inside and Head of Lead Generation to produce and monitor a range of activity reports
  • Support to cover tracking inbound leads via online portals using identified criteria, and present these to the relevant Business Development Managers
  • Work alongside Business Development Executives and managers to cross-check data records to ensure all expected opportunities are closely monitored for and CRM data is up to date
  • Create and update PowerPoint decks
  • Data entry onto our lead generation portal
  • Research projects into new markets/gathering industry insights

Our ideal Sales Office Administrator will:

  • Data focused with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable utilising different platforms and software at the same time to identify the highest quality data
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and supporting Sales Directors and Business Development Executives with ad hoc research requests
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
