Responsibilities:

You will join our Sales department, and be responsible for managing and controlling budgets, ensuring pricing compliance, monitoring customer profitability, and providing strategic financial insights to support profitable growth.

Your daily work consists of :

  • Creating yearly budgets by month, customer, sales representative, and country, entered in local currency. Manually input deductions if historical data is missing and register target customers as dummy entries if needed.
  • Maintaining fixed budgets, ensuring at least 80% is allocated to customers by September, with monthly monitoring and response plans for unmet targets.
  • Controling minimum pricing daily, requiring General Management approval for sales below thresholds, and oversee customer pricing, profitability, and monthly cash flow to remove unprofitable items.
  • Monitoring sales statistics for each sales representative, with weekly and monthly reviews of customer results with management.
  • Tracking and control credit notes, maintaining accurate value records.
  • Conducting monthly variance analyses for turnover, sales, and prices by customer and product, generating exception reports for orders below minimum prices, price changes, orders below full cost, and any extraordinary occurrences.
