Job Description
This is a multi-function role in a Business Centre. Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the person in the Sales & Office Coordinator role should be a dynamic self-motivated individual ready to work in a fast-paced team environment and capable of providing superior customer service to our valued customers.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Supply Management: Order office and warehouse supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and that the team has what they need to succeed.
  • Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team by sourcing and gathering necessary documentation, providing data, and facilitating their workflows.
  • File documents: Ensure the systematic preservation of relevant information and their efficient retrieval.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist with the management of AP and AR tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Vendor Relations: Reach out to vendors regarding delivery issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of concerns.
  • Credit Applications: Assist with the completion and submission of credit applications for customers and vendors as needed.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general office and administrative support, assisting where needed across departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 minimum completed; Ideally 1-2 years of related experience;
  • Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay ahead of deadlines.
  • Proactive: Takes initiative and anticipates needs, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and solve problems before they arise.
  • Innovative Thinking: Willingness to think outside the box and contribute ideas for improvements in office processes and workflows.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all tasks, from ordering supplies to managing financial documents.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, vendors, and customers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools (Microsoft Office Suite, accounting systems, etc.) and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service.
