Description:

Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Office Manager to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Office Manager will be responsible for managing, supporting and motivating our large team of Customer Service Advisors and Sales Administrators.
Working closely with all departments around the business you will ensure the team provide our customers with professional, high quality advice and that our exceptional service levels are maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS OUR SALES OFFICE MANAGER WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Office.
  • Monitoring call reports to ensure calls are answered within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
  • Liaising between departments to resolve internal and customer issues.
  • Reviewing systems and developing IT solutions where necessary to improve efficiency.
  • Producing a variety of monthly reports.
  • Ensuring that the team always portray a ‘can do’ positive attitude with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Managing the progression of increased sales contact with customers, spearheading cross selling/up selling confidence and skills within the team.
  • Maximising cold and warm calling opportunities with both the Sales Executive and wider Sales Office teams.
