Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the vaping industry. This is an outdoor sales role where the salesperson will be responsible for visiting vape shops, convenience stores, and other potential retail partners to onboard new clients and drive sales growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the vaping, FMCG, or tobacco industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations related to vaping products is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new retail shops and distributors for our vaping products.
- Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell our range of vaping products to shop owners, ensuring regular orders and stock availability.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve sales strategies.
- Shop Visits: Conduct daily visits to potential and existing clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Process orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collection as per company policy.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Brand Awareness: Educate clients about our products, pricing, promotions, and regulations related to vaping in the UAE.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shop visits, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.
