• Pose relevant questions to comprehend customer needs and transform general leads into potential opportunities.
• Guide potential leads to the sales agents’ team.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, noting valuable information for customer profiling.
• Work diligently to convert company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales.
