Job Description
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Research and analyze sales options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with at least 2 years of experience in the sales and marketing in a 5-star luxury hotels.
- Knowledge of local market and with hospitality background.
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
- Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English proficiency is a must. French and Arabic is a plus
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
