Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels: Chat, SMS, email and phone.
  • Converting inquiries into sales by understanding the customer needs and recommending tailor solutions.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance metrics
  • Proactively managing a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring all leads are nurtured.
  • Staying knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborating with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
