JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Develop sales and marketing plans to acquire new B2B & B2C customers and drive collaboration with partners through emailing and cold calling.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients through effective after-sales support.
• Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/ service
• Collaborate with management team to develop sales proposals for better results.
• Work closely with business development manager to implement sales programs, brand promotions, and strategies.
• Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through website, emails, ad campaigns, and inbound calls and conduct sales pitch to close target customers.
• Source and pitch new Tenders, Contactors and Sub-contractors. And prepare project documents such as quotation proposal, contracts, insurance and bonds and maintain a proper filling system.
• Prepare weekly sale reports and results for management team.
• Stay current on industry trends and new or innovative solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Marketing or Business Information Technology (BIT) or E-commerce is required with 2 years of prior sale experience. Or Degree in Marketing with 2 years in sale and marketing field.
• Experience in communicating and presenting to Senior Management Team.
• Interest in Sales, Technology and Digital solutions.
• Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics.
• Knowledge of MS Excel mainly for reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the industrial textile and hardware trading industry will be advantageous.
