Sales Operation Support

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations support or a similar role.
• Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce, Vtiger and other sales tools and technologies.

TECHNICAL SKILL

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.

INTERPERSONAL SKILL

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PROBLEM SOLVING AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement effective changes.
• Comfortable working with complex data sets and drawing actionable insights.
