QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with at least 6 years of experience in operations, sales, accounting, or account management will also be considered.
  • Applicants must have 4-5 years of work experience in an administration/management role. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) are required to interact effectively with customers, sales representatives, management, employees, and other departments.
  • Strong communication skills are essential because your responsibilities will involve working with vendors and resolving dealer issues related to sales promotions and marketing programs.
  • For the structured and effective management of programs, it is crucial to pay close attention to detail and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • You must excel in an environment where being self-reliant, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision is crucial for success.
  • To be successful in this position, you should have proficient skills in using Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook, along with the ability to manage and upload web-based content.
  • This hybrid role is located in Irving, TX and includes a combination of remote work and in-office work. You will need to be on-site for at least two to three days per week.
