JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Operations Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing business analysis to field sales, sales management, and other cross-functional departments within the organization with a high utilization of Microsoft Power BI. They will work closely with sales, finance, and marketing to increase sales, market share, and drive revenue growth. This individual is responsible for both account specific and aggregate, companywide reporting that is used for sales presentations to both internal and external customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, or working experience
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerBI and Excel skills
  • Interest in analytics and reporting
  • Ability to efficiently analyze large amounts of data
  • Proven ability to collaborate on a team and work autonomously as a self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, highly organized, detail oriented.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Excellence in Power BI and other data tools, experience with SQL, DAX, and other data languages, and knowledge of data warehouse concepts
  • Integrate sales data from multiple sources, analyze the sales data and perform deep dive analyses on results, highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities to drive fact-based business decisions.
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadenced reporting and dashboards and distribute reporting to relevant stakeholders using PowerBI
  • Work with the appropriate cross-functional team members to establish common metrics and scorecards in support of key business objectives.
  • Effectively aggregate market share data to perform multiple types of business analysis
  • Work with a variety of information systems (Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.) to support business requirements.
  • SalesForce functions to support Sr. SalesForce Administrator
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
