We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales team by being responsible for managing the sales programs and generating requested reports. As a Trex Sales Operations Analyst, you will operate as a data resource for the sales team and support the Sales Operations Manager in their assigned duties.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in marketing, sales or reporting analysis is required for this role, but if you have advanced Excel skills and a proficiency in Salesforce, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Maintains JDE Strategic Business Funds application.
- Co-Op Claims Administration: Processes submitted co-op claims from distribution and dealers in Salesforce.
- Owner of the sales program process in Salesforce including creation of Sales Program Definitions and Sales Programs.
- Track and analyze sales program to provide feedback on how programs are performing.
- Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce for the Sales Team regarding reporting and Sales Programs.
- Maintain territory assignments in Salesforce.
- Manage the BuyTrex process for customers and sales reps.
- Build relationships with business partners to achieve a greater understanding of different business functions’ goals and how they inform the sales strategy.
- Analyze external and internal customer data insight using BI Tool Qlik, spreadsheet (Excel) models and Salesforce.
- Process business card orders for sales team.
- Provide support to the Contract Development Team and pipeline initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT in regard to internal systems data integrity, data quality, and overall maintenance and improvements.
- Assist sales team with data, process and system questions as needed.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline/enhance tools and processes.

Travel Requirements: This position supports the sales and analytics activities of Trex Company in the US, Canada, and worldwide. Occasional travel may be anticipated to support the business.
