Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales operations within a contract manufacturing or related industry
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Proficient in using CRM tools, preferrable Salesforce, relevant to contract manufacturing
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional team

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and refine sales processes and overall customer journey to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and production teams to ensure smooth handovers and execution of opportunities.
- Implement best practices for pipeline success.
- Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with Marketing to develop top of funnel process and automation for lead follow up and nurturing.
- Complete knowledge and experience with forecasting and opportunity management as well as analytics in Salesforce.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of sales data related to contract manufacturing projects.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to contract manufacturing.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Manage and optimize the use of technology tools related to contract manufacturing, including CRM systems.
- Develop an optimized customer journey process with CRM, utilizing automation where appropriate, to enable business decision-making based off of pipeline data.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on the use of relevant technologies.
- Ensure data integrity within systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
