- You will own and manage the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, optimizing its functionality, and driving consistent usage across the sales team; working closely with IT and other teams to ensure the CRM aligns with evolving business requirements and sales workflows.
- You will lead initiatives to enhance sales tools, workflows, and technologies; manage change processes, implement system updates, and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to the sales team.
Your Experience

2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency in CRM management and optimization.
3. Experience in process engineering and identifying operational efficiencies within sales workflows.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
5. Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
6. Strong communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, business development, and other teams.
7. Experience in change management and facilitating smooth transitions for new tools, processes, or technologies.
8. Proficient in sales tools (e.g., sales enablement platforms, analytics tools) and technology integration.
